No primeiro episódio, nós fomos na Boutique Beef Passion e conversamos com a Amália Sechis, filha de Ricardo Sechis. Amália nos contou um pouco sobre o que é preciso ter na fazenda para se ter uma carne de qualidade em nosso prato. Apresentou alguns de seus cortes e falou sobre a qualidade da gordura ao invés do marmoreio como forma de identificar visualmente a qualidade.
