O que achou deste post?

Nosso primeiro post só poderia ser sobre o Blog da Carne, a nova fonte de informações sobre carne bovina.

Mas, como surgiu o Blog? Há pouco mais de um ano, eu (Juliana) e minha colega Ingrid, integrantes do MarkEsalq, iniciamos um projeto sobre percepções dos agentes no setor de carne bovina. Foi através dele que observamos haver uma necessidade do consumidor em saber mais sobre a carne que está comendo, relevando dificuldades desde a escolha do corte, preparo e atributos da carne, de forma que, se muitas vezes ela é colocada como vilã para a saúde, é porque suas propriedades benéficas estão sendo ignoradas.

Assim, depois de muito pensarmos em uma forma de contribuirmos, decidimos lançar esse Blog, que terá não só informações nutricionais, de origem, cortes, receitas, dicas de churrasco e muito mais.

Além disso, pretendemos fazer o Blog de forma interativa e compartilhada, queremos que os internautas nos enviem conteúdos, sugestões, receitas e dicas.

Afinal, por que comer carne? Como comprar carne? E como comer a carne? Essas e outras perguntas, nós pretendemos responder aqui, Blog da Carne, onde a informação é bem passada!!
