Cronograma
Dia 24: Recepção da turma por volta das 18:00 horas, confraternização e degustação com produtores de queijo da Serra da Canastra. Jantar com música local ao vivo, porco e fogo de chão por Mário Portella.
Dia 25: Curso de fabricação do queijo Canastra, desde a ordenha até a produção final com Guilherme Ferreira (queijo medalha de prata no mundial da França). Almoço com costela no fogo de chão e comida no caldeirão na cachoeira Capão Forro preparado pelo chef Mário Portella. Jantar com comida típica mineira e boa música.
Dia 26: Curso de charcutaria com o chef Mário Portella seguido de degustação. Almoço com as especialidades do chef. Final de tarde com encerramento.
