Estamos começando o mês de dezembro e com ele vem as festividades (respeitando o isolamento social) e compras de final de ano que tendem a aumentar o preço dos produtos de forma geral. Porém, considerando que a carne já teve um aumento significativo nos últimos meses, será que o preço da carne bovina irá aumentar ainda mais?
Em valores nominais segundo o CEPEA (Centro de Estudos Avançados em Economia Aplicada – CEPEA-Esalq/USP), a carcaça bovina aumentou mais de 30% desde o início do ano, o que refletiu em preços mais altos no atacado e varejo.
Mas, por que houve este aumento? E quais são as tendências de preço para 2021? Como fica o preço da carne de frango e suína?
